- Non-participating companions must pay the park's admission fee of 49 USD per adult and 45 USD per child.
- It takes 4 hours to complete all the activities.
- Toddlers up to 3 years of age enter free with a paying adult.
- The use of a life jacket is required in all water programs.
- The facilities are designed so all wheelchairs, collapsible wheelchairs, walkers, and motorized scooters have easy mobility.
- For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photos will be available for sale.
