Dolphin Cove has two locations for your vacationing pleasure,the first is Dolphin Cove Ocho Rios adjacent to Dunn's River Falls. See Map of Dolphin Cove Ocho Rios. And last but not least Dolphin Cove Montego Bay (located in Lucea, half way between Negril and Montego Bay) . Our park in Moon Palace are exclusive for their guests.

Reservations

As the number of participants in the dolphin and shark programs is limited and due to the overwhelming popularity of all programs, we strongly recommend you make advance reservations as early as possible to ensure that you secure your space of choice. To facilitate reservations we have added a booking section in every program so you can easily check the availability for the date of your visit and make a prompt reservation. Payment is needed to confirm all program spaces.

What to Bring

Carry towels and extra money to purchase snacks, souvenirs, videos and pictures of your swim with dolphins or shark program. Cameras are allowed at Dolphin Cove Jamaica, but not in the dolphin area or while participating in a Dolphin program as this distracts the dolphins as they want to splash and play with your camera. Photos of your dolphin experience are developed by our on-site photo lab. Our professional photographers take amazing pictures which are sold from the photo pavilion.

What NOT to bring

All jewellery, especially rings and bracelets should be left behind because these can scratch or hurt the dolphins. Although you may carry sunscreen lotion, we ask that you refrain from using it BEFORE swimming or touching the dolphins, for their safety. We invite to take care of our environment and species by applying biodegradable sunscreen.

Transportation

Transportation is not included in our tour rates, but can be arranged at an additional quoted cost once we have been notified where you are staying while on the island. Please call 1-866-393-5158 for more information.

• Payments made with Visa or MasterCard: charge will be applied in US dollar. Any currency conversion will be made under the current exchange rate of your bank on the day of purchase. Your statement will reflect the charge of this purchase under the name of "Dolphin Discovery".
• Payments made with American Express: charge will be applied in Mexican pesos. Any currency conversion will be made under the current exchange rate of your bank on the day of purchase. Your bank statement will reflect this charge under the name of "Dolphin Discovery”, with the current exchange rate of the purchase date.

All your guests must be informed of our policy, as the above cancellation fees will be enforced.

Meals

You can enjoy a fantastic Jamaican lunch which features zesty jerk dishes and other exotic delights native to our island. Dine while overlooking the Caribbean Sea and listening to the ambient sounds of nature. There is also a Beach Grill where you may enjoy lunch, including jerk chicken, hamburgers, hotdogs, French fries, mozzarella sticks, drinks and other delicious snacks.

Safety

For your safety and the safety of the dolphins, the swim programs are structured by professional marine mammal trainers who direct both dolphins and participants during the session. Please follow their instructions at ALL times!

In the unlikely event of bad weather, dolphin and shark programs may be cancelled. In such a case, you may choose to change to another date or receive a full refund.
